Most are industry specific for example you can buy a package that will build your online store with 5 or 6 easy steps or an online reservation system for your hotel. There is too much here to go into in details. Dont buy it either gets more customers for you or allows you to make some process in your business more efficient or cheaper.

Then you have accountancy or book keeping software which I recommend getting as soon as you can afford it. It will pay for itself very quickly and give you a much better grip on the direction of your business.
